What we collect

When you send a booking request or contact form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the route and travel date you want, the number of passengers, your payment preference, and anything you write in the notes field. Our website also records standard technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, confirm availability, arrange your seat or vehicle, send payment instructions, and contact you about your journey. We use technical information to keep the site working and to understand which pages people use.

Who sees it

Your booking details are seen by Mushima staff handling your booking. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Information may be shared where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to complete your journey — for example a passenger manifest at the border.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as we need them to run the service and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete details we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to bookings@mushima-investments.site and we will respond.
